Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Leadership Development Consultant to support client engagements by designing and delivering impactful leadership development solutions for mid‑level, senior, and executive leaders. This role brings deep, real‑world leadership expertise to complement our learning and instructional design teams, ensuring programs drive meaningful behavior change and measurable business outcomes.

This consultant operates in a client‑facing, advisory capacity and is embedded in project teams to help shape strategy, content, and delivery across leadership development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner directly with client stakeholders (HR, L&D, Talent, and business leaders) to assess leadership capability gaps and organizational needs.
  • Translate business challenges and strategic priorities into practical leadership development strategies and solutions.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert to shape program direction, learning outcomes, and experiential design.
  • Facilitate leadership workshops, cohort experiences, and executive‑level sessions as needed.
  • Deliver or support individual and group coaching engagements aligned to program goals.
  • Apply best practices across leadership capability areas including:
    • Leading through change and ambiguity
    • Strategic thinking and decision‑making
    • Coaching, feedback, and people development
    • Executive presence, influence, and communication
  • Collaborate closely with instructional designers to ensure content is instructionally sound, experience‑based, and grounded in real business contexts.
  • Advise clients on measurement approaches tied to leadership effectiveness and business impact.

Required Experience

  • 8+ years of experience in leadership development, talent development, or organizational development.
  • Proven experience working directly with leaders at mid‑level, senior, and executive levels.
  • Strong facilitation and/or executive coaching experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to apply leadership frameworks in real organizational environments (beyond academic models).
  • Comfort operating in client‑facing, project‑based, or advisory roles.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in consulting or professional services environments.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., ICF, Korn Ferry, Center for Creative Leadership, or similar).
  • Experience supporting organizations in industries such as finance, healthcare, or technology.
