Veracity Insurance Solutions is hiring an SEO Specialist to support organic growth across an assigned portfolio of brands and products. Reporting to the SEO Manager, you’ll work closely with Writers, Editors, Designers, Product Marketing Managers, Partnerships, Social, Video, Paid Media, and development partners to improve search visibility, attract qualified organic traffic, and support conversion goals across the funnel.

This remote role is built for someone who can move comfortably between keyword research, content planning, technical SEO, reporting, testing, and emerging AI-influenced search strategy. You’ll own your portfolio, turn insights into action, and help drive meaningful organic growth across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Own SEO strategy and execution for an assigned portfolio of brands/products
• Conduct recurring SEO, content, technical, and competitor audits and turn findings into prioritized action plans
• Build and manage content runways, optimization plans, refresh opportunities, and briefs for new and existing pages
• Partner cross-functionally to improve rankings, traffic, engagement, and conversion performance
• Execute and support technical SEO improvements across metadata, crawlability, indexation, internal linking, schema, site structure, and overall site health
• Maintain topic clusters, internal linking strategies, and on-page optimization across landing pages and blog content
• Use reporting and performance analysis to spot issues early, QA data, and recommend next steps
• Contribute to testing, backlink opportunities, digital PR support, and off-site visibility efforts
• Apply practical AI-assisted workflows that improve research, execution speed, and search visibility without sacrificing quality or judgment
• Required to perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned

Requirements and Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on SEO experience owning strategy and execution
• Strong depth in technical SEO, on-page SEO, keyword research, content strategy, reporting, and site audits
• Proven experience improving organic performance through SEO campaigns; B2B experience is a plus
• Working knowledge of WordPress and core SEO tools including GA4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Semrush, Moz, and Screaming Frog
• Familiarity with backlinks, link building, and digital PR best practices
• Understanding of how AI is reshaping search and experience using AI to improve SEO workflows or outcomes
• Strong project management, prioritization, and stakeholder communication skills
• GA4 certification, or willingness to complete it soon after hire
• Curiosity, accountability, and the ability to manage work with minimal oversight

Compensation Range: $60k/yr - $80k/yr
