The Opportunity

We're looking for a consultant to join our growing delivery team in India. This is a hands-on, client-facing role where you'll contribute to the full lifecycle of sales planning EPM implementations — from discovery and requirements gathering through configuration, testing, and go-live.

You'll work directly with senior consultants and solution architects on engagements for global clients, building real expertise in a niche that is rapidly growing and highly valued in the market.

What You'll Do

Client Delivery & Solution Development

• Design and configure business solutions on cloud EPM platforms (Pigment, Anaplan, Varicent) covering territory planning, quota management, incentive compensation, and sales analytics

• Co-lead discovery workshops and requirements gathering sessions; translate business needs into documented user stories and functional specifications

• Build and test data models, integrations, calculation logic, dashboards, and workflows within client environments

• Support UAT cycles, issue resolution, and go-live readiness activities

• Contribute to client-facing deliverables including process documentation, solution design documents, and training materials

Firm Building & Professional Growth

• Develop reusable technology assets, proof-of-concept models, best practice frameworks, and delivery accelerators

• Contribute to proposals, RFP responses, and pre-sales activities

• Stay current on industry trends in EPM, data engineering, AI/ML applications in planning, and SaaS platform developments

• Maintain relevant platform certifications (Pigment, Anaplan, or Varicent)

• Participate in internal knowledge-sharing and mentoring as the team scales

What We're Looking For

Required

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field

• 2+ years of experience in technology consulting, systems implementation, or enterprise software delivery

• Exposure to at least one EPM or planning platform (Pigment, Anaplan, Varicent, SAP BPC, Oracle PBCS, or similar)

• Solid understanding of business processes in one or more of: sales planning, incentive compensation, financial planning, or data management

• Experience working within Agile / Scrum delivery methodologies

• Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving ability

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the confidence to engage directly with international clients

Preferred

• Hands-on Pigment or Anaplan model-building experience (highly valued)

• Familiarity with SQL, Python, or other scripting/programming languages

• Experience with data integration tools or ETL processes

• Prior work with global clients or cross-regional project teams

• Relevant certifications (Anaplan Model Builder, Pigment Certified, AWS, or similar)
