Role Overview
We are seeking motivated Masters-level trainee therapists with a provisional license in New York State. This role is ideal for individuals eager to gain hands-on experience, receive supervision, and grow into a licensed clinician role. Both part-time and full-time positions are available, with a minimum of 15 hours per week. Clinicians enjoy flexibility in setting their own schedules.

Compensation & Growth

• Starting pay: $40 per session
• Weekly supervision included at no cost
• Pay increases as caseload grows
• Clear pathway to advancement: upon completion of internship, opportunity to transition into a licensed clinician role with competitive pay ($75,000–$150,000) and leadership opportunities

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy
• Participate in consultations and collaborative case discussions

Qualifications

• Master’s degree (required)
• Provisional license to practice psychology in New York State
• Training in evidence-based interventions (CBT, DBT, REBT, ACT, etc.)
• Strong listening and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with peers and supervisors
• Integrity, reliability, and professionalism
• Personable demeanor and strong bedside manner
• Ability to work independently with minimal direction
• Couples therapy experience (preferred)
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
