FIFA Overnight Supervisor:

Location: City Hall Plaza, Boston, MA

Pay: $40.00 / hr

Schedule: June 11 – June 26, 2026 (Phase 4 — 16 nights)

Shifts: Overnight window — approximately 112 total hours across the phase

ABOUT THIS ROLE:

Windwalker Group is hiring an Overnight Supervisor for Phase 4 of the Boston 26 FIFA Fan Festival™. You will lead the security team during the restricted-access overnight window — the period when cleaning, waste removal, and venue resupply operations take place. This is a standalone leadership role requiring strong independent judgment.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Take supervisory command over all overnight security staff during the restricted-access window
• Verify credentials for every cleaning, waste, and resupply crew member entering through BoH access
• Maintain a secure perimeter throughout the night and report any unauthorized access immediately
• Conduct regular post checks on all overnight officers and document findings
• Coordinate with the Overnight BoH Supervisor on all back-of-house access and vehicle movement
• Submit the overnight shift report to the VSM by the designated morning cut-off
• Brief the incoming day-shift Supervisor fully at the end of each overnight window

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Minimum 3 years security experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
• Prior overnight venue or event security supervision experience preferred
• Ability to lead effectively and stay alert during low-stimulus overnight conditions
• Must pass a background check before deployment
