Yes.com

Content Executive - Denmark- Remote Role

About Yes.com Limited

Yes.com is an AI-native online gambling startup launching in Denmark in Q3 2026, with planned expansion across regulated markets. We operate on the EveryMatrix platform (core gambling backend) and build a custom mobile-first frontend on top — native iOS (Swift), native Android (Kotlin), and a React web app.

Our offices are in London and Malta. We are a small team and are deliberately staying lean. We empower every person on the team to take end-to-end responsibility of the work themselves, at least to the point of producing a prototype, spec, or working artefact. No producers. No project managers. No intermediaries.

About the role

You are the Danish voice inside the YES content machine — the person who runs our organic presence in Denmark and makes sure everything we publish feels native to the audience, not translated for them.

What you'll do

Our central setup is strong: creative, performance content, media buying, and CRM are all run centrally with serious agency partners and an AI-native content stack behind them. What that setup cannot do is sound genuinely Danish — own a local social channel, spot when a phrase lands flat, react to a sports moment in real time, or catch copy that feels boardroom rather than built for the audience.

That is your patch. The work splits into three areas:

1. Organic social — you own it

You run the Danish organic social presence end-to-end. Not posting on top of a central plan — your plan, your channels, your voice.

  • Build and own the monthly Danish social content calendar across the channels we are live on (Instagram, TikTok, X, plus whatever else fits)
  • Create the content itself — short-form copy, captions, post concepts, reactive posts, polls, threads, comment-section voice
  • Brief production on the visual assets you need, then assemble and schedule posts through our martech stack
  • Run interactive campaigns — predictions, Q&As, polls, giveaways, comment-driven activations, second-screen moments around live sport
  • React in real time to the Danish sports calendar — Superliga moments, national team fixtures, major European nights and relevant entertainment or gaming moments
  • Manage community on the page — replies, comment moderation, the day-to-day voice of YES in Denmark
  • Track what's working — engagement, follower growth, reach by format — and feed learnings back into the next month's calendar

2. Local copy adaptation across the rest of the machine

For everything the central system produces, you are the Danish filter.

  • Working day-to-day inside our AI content stack, reviewing AI-generated variations, adapting copy into Danish, and approving before anything goes live
  • Sense-checking creative briefs from the central team — not a decision-maker, but the person who says “this reference will not land” or “this is missing something for a Danish audience”
  • Writing ad-hoc CRM copy from briefs — the reactive stuff, local moments, one-off campaigns outside automated flows

3. Eyes on the market

  • Watching the competition — testing competitors' flows, following their social, spotting what works for them and what we can do sharper
  • Spotting local calendar moments before they happen — fixtures, cultural hooks, Danish-specific occasions — and flagging them into the wider content pipeline
  • Applying compliance guardrails set by legal and the CMO, and flagging anything uncertain

You will not be producing video edits or buying media. You are a content owner and operator who runs our Danish social, makes the central machine work locally, and keeps eyes on the market.

Why this is a great seat

  • You are the first local hire for a launch market — your fingerprints are on everything Danish from day one, and you own a channel from zero
  • Grow with us. Denmark is market one of many. As we expand, the people who set the standard early get first call on bigger roles — local lead, regional, brand
  • You work with a serious central stack without having to build any of it yourself — top-tier agency partners, AI content engine, modern martech
  • AI-native operator — you spend your time on the judgement calls only a human can make, not on production grunt work
  • A launch window (August 2026) with everything still to play for

Qualifications

Who you are

  • Deep understanding of the Danish sports, betting and entertainment landscape — you understand the audience, know what resonates locally and can create content that feels authentic to the market
  • Fluent or native-level Danish with sharp copy instincts — short-form, punchy and platform-aware
  • You think in social — you have run channels, you know what makes a post stop the scroll, and you have opinions on TikTok vs Instagram vs X for this audience
  • Curious and competitive — you notice what other brands in the market are doing and have opinions on it
  • Comfortable inside content systems and tools — organised, process-driven, happy working inside a framework rather than around it
  • Understand how copy and format work together across organic social, paid placements, and CRM
  • Bonus: experience in a regulated industry, or a working understanding of responsible advertising

This is not an influencer role. You operate within the YES brand voice and make it sing locally — you are not here to build a personal profile.

How you fit in

You report to Michael Rasmussen, Performance Lead. Day-to-day you work inside our AI content stack and martech tools, with main touchpoints across the performance, CRM, and creative workstreams.

Please also note - Applicants must have the legal right to work in Denmark.
