410 Medical, Inc.

Clinical Education Specialist

Join our Team!

When a patient is crashing from septic shock, hemorrhagic trauma, or severe dehydration, the single biggest lever a clinical team has is time — specifically, how fast they can get blood or fluid into that patient safely and under control. That's the problem 410 Medical exists to solve.

Our flagship device, LifeFlow®, is a hand-powered rapid infuser used in EDs, ICUs, and EMS systems across the country to deliver life-saving volume resuscitation in minutes instead of the "fast" that usually isn't fast enough. We're a growing company — and we're looking for a Clinical Education Specialist (CES) to help put LifeFlow into the hands of more clinicians and make sure they know exactly how to use it when seconds count.

This isn't a desk job. You'll be in EDs, ICUs, sim labs, and ambulance bays, training the nurses, physicians, and paramedics who are on the front lines of resuscitation. If you love teaching, love clinical medicine, and want to see your work directly translate into better patient outcomes, this role was built for you.

What You'll Do

  • Train the people who save lives. Run hands-on LifeFlow training for nurses, physicians, and paramedics at hospitals and EMS agencies across your territory.
  • Build real relationships. Become the trusted clinical resource for your accounts.
  • Partner with Sales. Work shoulder-to-shoulder with our Clinical Sales Specialists to grow LifeFlow awareness and proficiency in target accounts.
  • Shape the product's future. Bring field feedback straight back to the team.
  • Drive adoption into real practice. Help customers weave LifeFlow into order sets, protocols, and clinical workflows.
  • Collect the stories that matter. Surface user cases and outcomes worth sharing with the broader clinical community.

What You Bring

  • RN license or Paramedic certification
  • 5+ years of clinical experience in the ED, ICU, or ALS-level EMS setting
  • 2+ years of clinical education experience preferred
  • Comfort navigating a hospital
  • A communicator who can make complex clinical concepts click, fast
  • Stamina/flexibility: up to 75% travel, occasional nights/weekends, 6–10 hours on your feet, ~25 lb detail bag
  • Home base near a major airport (ideally in Chicago, IL)

Why 410 Medical
