You know you’re capable of more.
Last month you beat your number. This month they raised it.
Today you’ll dial eighty strangers who never asked to hear from you.
Here, nearly everyone you call asked us first.
Most have looked at something in the mirror for years. They are ready to talk, and nervous about it. The hard part comes when they ask what it costs. Whether they come in depends on what you say next.
$5,000 a month base, plus $50 for every qualified consultation that shows, from the first one. No cap. About $112,000 a year at our standard and $138,000 at 30 a week (our estimates, not guaranteed).
What you get
· People who already asked. You rarely cold call.
· Weekly one-on-one coaching from Dr. Fan on your real calls.
· You learn to talk with people about big-ticket decisions. Our patients decide on everything from nonsurgical treatments ($500 to $10,000) to surgery ($10,000 to $100,000+). You book the surgical consultations. Dr. Fan’s team closes.
· A path into a closer role. For the right long-term performer, a path to leadership.
Who you would work for
Dr. Larry Fan: Harvard educated, board certified, One of America’s Top Plastic Surgeons for the past 10 years, and Best Plastic Surgeon in San Francisco, San Francisco Magazine. More than 15,000 patients served since 2006. You work beside him.
Your job: turn inquiries into consultations that show
Dr. Fan’s clinical team handles the medical side. You run the calls that turn an inquiry into a consultation that shows. You handle cost, timing, fear and “still looking,” book the right people, and confirm every one. Do it well and they become patients, then the ones who send their friends.
How you win here, and why it pays
· Under 5 minutes, most within 2. In our own data, people called within the first hour pick up about twice as often as people called later. Speed is the biggest driver of bookings here, and bookings are your pay.
· 240+ dials a day across 120+ people, on a power dialer. More real conversations, more consultations, more pay.
· Hours built around when people answer. Tuesday to Friday, 12:00 to 9:00 pm, and Saturday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, Pacific, with a one-hour meal break. Sunday and Monday off. Evenings and Saturdays are when people finally have time to talk, so you’re on the phone when bookings happen.
· A scoreboard you can see. 20 qualified consultations a week: 15 by day 30, 20 by day 60. Every call recorded and coached.
“He challenged me to get better at the hardest part of sales: understanding what someone actually needs. I learned to ask direct questions, talk comfortably about cost and hesitation, and help people decide whether they were ready. I could pursue results and still feel proud of how I treated patients.” (M.N.)
Pay and details
· W-2 hourly, non-exempt: $5,000 a month for a 40-hour week ($28.85 an hour). Pay range: $60,000 to $138,000 a year (0 to 30 qualified consultations a week).
· Qualified: someone at their first consultation who wants a procedure we offer, can come to San Francisco, and has a confirmed budget and timeline.
· Unqualified shows pay nothing. If more than 1 in 10 of your shows in a month are unqualified, each extra one cancels a qualified show we haven’t paid yet. We never take back pay.
· Paid time off, holidays, 401(k).
· On-site in Hayes Valley, full time. After 9 pm we only call or text people who just reached out to us.
This is for you if
· You carried a number, beat it, and can prove your best month
· You’ve sold elective healthcare or coordinated patients, or you speak Mandarin or Spanish (a plus)
· You care how people feel about the way they look
We are not looking for someone who
· Just wants to cruise
· Doesn’t enjoy competition
· Blames the leads or the market
· Would rather their calls weren’t recorded and coached
· Can’t work evenings and Saturdays
How we work
· We tell the truth. Dr. Fan turns down surgery he doesn’t believe in, even when the patient is ready to pay.
· Every seat here has a number, and we look at it every week.
· One test decides every judgment call: would I do this for my mother, my sister or my best friend?
How we hire
Screening questions, a short video from Dr. Fan, then a 4-question video you record in Rippling (about 3 minutes). Next, a 60-minute video interview with role-played patient calls, a paid Saturday training session, a paid trial, and a 90-day introductory period. You hear from us within a few business days at every step.
To apply: answer the screening questions. If you pass, we’ll send you a link to record your video.
Employment is at will; the targets are not a promise of employment for any set period. Need an accommodation for any step or for the schedule, including Saturday religious observance? Tell us.
This place is demanding. The standard is high, the feedback is direct, and you will be measured. If that makes you lean in, we want to hear from you.

Our patients pay for their own care. They come to us because they want to look and feel younger without looking like they've had anything done. Getting that right takes precision from everyone, starting with the first person they speak to.
