About The Role

As a Web Developer in our Software Engineering department, you will play a key role in designing, building, and maintaining modern, user-centric web applications. This salaried, full-time position is ideal for a developer with approximately 5 years of experience and strong GUI expertise, who is comfortable working across the front-end stack to deliver high-quality, performant, and accessible interfaces. You will collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and backend engineers to implement responsive, scalable solutions using Vue.js (preferably Vue 3), Tailwind CSS, and modern JavaScript. This role is well-suited for someone who enjoys transforming complex requirements into elegant, maintainable code while following best practices in web development.

What You'll Do

  • Design, develop, and maintain responsive web interfaces using Vue.js (Vue 3 preferred),   HTML, Java, PHP, JSP, ASP.Net, Python, AJAX.
  • Implement pixel-perfect, component-based UIs with Tailwind CSS, ensuring consistency with design systems and style guidelines.
  • Build and optimize reusable Vue components, composables, and modules to support scalable front-end architecture.
  • Integrate front and back-end applications with RESTful APIs, handling asynchronous requests and data flows using tools such as Axios or Fetch.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes into high-quality, production-ready interfaces.
  • Ensure cross-browser compatibility, responsive behavior, and accessibility best practices across different devices and screen sizes.
  • Optimize application performance, including load times, rendering efficiency, and overall front-end responsiveness.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve front-end issues, including layout, styling, and API integration problems.
  • Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and adhere to coding standards and best practices.
  • Work closely with backend engineers to define and refine API contracts, data models, and integration patterns.
  • Contribute to front-end build and deployment processes using modern tooling (e.g., module bundlers, task runners, and package managers).
  • Continuously stay up to date with emerging front-end technologies, frameworks, and best practices, and apply them where appropriate.
  • Collaborate with product and stakeholder teams to estimate effort, plan sprints, and deliver features on schedule.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for components, features, and front-end workflows.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field required.
  • Approximately 5+ years of professional experience as a Web Developer or Front-End Engineer.
  • Professional experience with Vue.js (Vue 3 preferred), including component-based architecture and state management patterns.
  • Strong experience with Tailwind CSS and responsive design techniques for building mobile-first, cross-device interfaces.
  • Solid understanding of RESTful API integration and asynchronous request handling (e.g., Axios, Fetch).
  • Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+) with a strong grasp of core web concepts and browser behavior.
  • Demonstrated GUI experience, with a strong eye for detail in layout, typography, and visual consistency.
  • Experience with version control systems, particularly Git, and collaborative development workflows (branching, pull requests, code reviews).
  • Familiarity with performance optimization techniques and tools for diagnosing front-end bottlenecks.
  • Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to debug complex front-end issues across environments.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in cross-functional agile teams.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
