What You'll Do

As an Outside Sales Representative, you'll develop new commercial accounts while helping businesses reduce downtime through preventive maintenance and fleet service solutions.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Prospecting and developing new B2B commercial accounts
• Building relationships with fleet managers, operations managers, transportation professionals, business owners, and decision-makers
• Managing your own sales territory and daily schedule
• Conducting customer meetings, presentations, and sales consultations
• Generating business through networking, referrals, cold calling, customer visits, and relationship development
• Identifying customer challenges and recommending fleet maintenance solutions
• Growing existing customer relationships while developing new business opportunities
• Working closely with our operations team to deliver exceptional customer experiences
• Maintaining an active sales pipeline and managing opportunities from prospecting through closing
• Representing ACTS Fleet Maintenance with professionalism, integrity, and outstanding customer service

This is primarily a field-based position serving the Nashville market. You'll spend most of your week meeting customers throughout your assigned territory while managing your own schedule and priorities. Typical travel is one to two days per week with no routine overnight travel.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or college experience preferred
• Experience in Outside Sales, Territory Sales, B2B Sales, Commercial Sales, Account Management, Business Development, Customer Success, or Relationship Management
• Experience selling services or solutions to businesses
• Experience working with commercial, industrial, manufacturing, construction, logistics, transportation, facilities, automotive, or fleet customers is a plus—but not required
• Strong presentation, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
