About the role

As an Aesthetic Injector, you will provide high-quality injectable treatments, consult with patients on aesthetic goals, develop personalized treatment plans, and deliver safe, thoughtful, results-driven care. You will partner closely with the practice team to support patient retention, education, and an exceptional med spa experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform aesthetic injectable treatments, including neurotoxins and dermal fillers, within scope of licensure and training.
• Conduct patient consultations and recommend appropriate treatment plans.
• Educate patients on treatment expectations, aftercare, and ongoing aesthetic maintenance.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow all clinical, safety, and compliance standards.
• Build trusted patient relationships and support long-term treatment plans.
• Partner with the practice team to deliver a polished, professional, and welcoming patient experience.
• Stay current on aesthetic trends, injectable techniques, product knowledge, and best practices.

Ideal candidate

• Licensed RN, NP, or PA in Texas, as applicable to scope of practice.
• Prior hands-on experience performing aesthetic injectables.
• Experience with Botox or other neurotoxins and dermal fillers.
• Strong consultation skills and a patient-centered approach.
• Confidence creating natural, balanced aesthetic outcomes.
• Professional, collaborative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced med spa environment.
• Part-time availability, with flexibility based on business and patient needs.

Compensation is based on experience, schedule, and role scope. Additional incentive or commission eligibility may apply based on final role structure.
