About the role

Join our European Design Center in Prague, Czech Republic a key part of our globally recognized circuit design team, and work on cutting-edge CMOS technologies including FinFETs and GAA. We are one of the very few companies in Europe actively designing with these advanced nodes—powering next-generation SoCs for data centers, AI, automotive and low-power IOT and edge AI devices.

What you'll do

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design low-power, high-performance clocking, Sensors, power regulation and interconnect circuits on advanced CMOS nodes including FinFETs and GAA
  • Develop and verify mixed-signal, analog, and digital circuit blocks
  • Guide layout implementation and perform post-layout simulations and analysis
  • Participate in design reviews and generate high-quality technical documentation
  • Collaborate with QA and product engineering to ensure seamless production release
  • Support silicon bring-up, lab debug, and performance validation
  • Provide technical support to global customers during both pre- and post-sales phases

Qualifications

Key Qualifications:

  • Strong foundation in analog and digital circuit design
  • Hands-on experience with advanced CMOS technologies
  • Skilled in:
    Bandgap references and amplifiers for PVT sensors
      • High-sensitivity and precision sense amplifiers
      • I/O and interface circuit design
      • Low-jitter and spread-spectrum PLLs, including LC-based architectures
  • Ability to communicate effectively with an international, cross-functional team
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a collaborative and proactive approach

Education:

  • Required: Master’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or a related field
