Aprés Nail has innovated the nail market as the creator of Gel-X. Our mission is to improve nail industry standards and the lives of nail artists by providing innovative products that help both them and their services thrive. Our nails are seen everywhere, from the Met Gala to the Oscars to your local nail salon. The Gel-X revolution is real, and we're looking for our next great team member!
You will get our products across borders on time, compliant and at the right cost. You will prepare every export document, choose carriers, clear customs issues and keep Account Managers and customers informed.
You will also support our marketplace expansion. That means solving flammable storage limits for Amazon Canada and helping launch Amazon Australia through GST registration and AICIS chemical compliance. Many of our gels, primers, adhesives and top coats are regulated or dangerous goods, so accuracy matters on every shipment.
• Apply the Incoterms (DDP, DAP, EXW, FOB) set by the Account Manager for each customer shipment.

• Confirm country of origin and issue origin documents: CUSMA (Canada), EUR.1 or statement of origin (EU/UK), stamped certificates of origin where required.

• Maintain and distribute SDS, ingredient lists and EU/CLP labeling documents.
• Monitor restricted and prohibited product rules by country, including HEMA restrictions, acetone air-freight limits and per-package quantity caps.
• Compare quotes across DHL, FedEx, freight forwarders and customer freight accounts; choose service level by cost and transit time.

• Decide cargo insurance coverage for each shipment.

• File AES/EEI for qualifying U.S. export shipments.

• File carrier damage and loss claims and manage cargo insurance claims.
• Manage delivery exceptions, address corrections and proof of delivery.
• Coordinate warranty replacements, returns, re-exports and duty drawback.

• Amazon Australia: coordinate with TecEx, tax advisors and 3PL partners on GST registration, ABN requirements and import setup.
• Support the AICIS assessment for gels, primers, adhesives and top coats, and assemble import documents (ingredients, SDS).

• Track compliance gaps and blockers for each new market and report status to the International team.
