What You’ll Do

As a Habilitation Support Services Manager (HSSM), you’ll provide leadership, oversight, and consultative support to individuals and families receiving Habilitation he HSSM supports the development and implementation of quality services by collaborating with members, families, providers, and internal teams while ensuring compliance with Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) regulations and organizational standards. The HSSM oversees the daily operations of the HAH Support Services Department, including staff training, program support, consultation activities, quality assurance, and team development. This role provides leadership and guidance to Supervisors and team members while supporting department growth, consistency, and continuous improvement through effective systems, communication, and collaboration.

Your Core Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations, training, and onboarding of the HAH Support Services Department.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and support to Supervisors, Leads, and department staff.
  • Support employee development through coaching, performance feedback, and collaboration with Supervisors.
  • Support HAH Consults, Progress Reviews, SC Goals, and other department programs.
  • Model programs with the Specialists, Supervisors, Providers, and members in independent living skills or self-help, socialization, adaptive skills and behavioral management.
  • Ensure quality and consistency through audits, feedback, and operational oversight.
  • Assist families with preparation for PCSP meetings, complete goal review and prepare documents for member meetings, including habilitation goals and teaching strategies.
  • Attend PCSP meetings as a neutral resource to support collaborative discussion, problem-solving, and person-centered planning.
  • Manage the department's RBT/Provider collaboration partnership.
  • Build collaborative relationships with internal teams and organizational partners.
  • Partner with the Director of the HAH Support Services on department development, strategic initiatives, and continuous quality improvement.

What You’ll Need

  • Bilingual Preferred (English & Spanish)
  • 40 hours of ABA training
  • State of AZ PROUD Training
  • State of AZ Article 9 Training
  • Intro to DDD
  • Two years’ experience as the HAH Support Supervisor or equivalent
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Satisfactory background check
  • Able to acquire a DPS fingerprint clearance card
