We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer to help us redefine how the world handles business intelligence.

The Impact You’ll Make

In this role, you will own important work, using the latest AI tools and LLMs to solve real-world problems for our customers. You will:

• Design and implement AI-powered solutions that improve software functionality and integrate seamlessly across DevOps and engineering teams.
• Drive feature development through prompt engineering, embedding optimization, and the productionization of AI solutions.
• Optimize and govern AI performance by debugging model responses and assessing content for bias, accuracy, and compliance.

Who You Are

• Experienced: You have at least 10 years in engineering, with 7+ years specifically developing AI/ML algorithms using PyTorch, Keras, or TensorFlow.
• Technically Versatile: You are proficient in Python, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Production-Oriented: You have a proven ability to leverage proprietary data for fine-tuning and deploying models to production environments.
• Adaptive: You are comfortable in fast-paced environments where priorities shift quickly and value quality over speed.
• East Coast Aligned: You are based in or able to work core hours (10am – 5pm) in the Eastern Time Zone (ET).
