Position Summary

The General Manager owns the profit and loss of the Billings market and leads its entire customer-facing operation — service, installation, and sales, along with the frontline field team. This is a true operator’s role: the General Manager sets the standard for how the business runs, is accountable for the result, and draws on centralized support — finance, marketing, dispatch, and customer service — to focus on leading the business rather than running the back office. As part of a multi-market home services company in a period of rapid growth, the General Manager leads a well-established Billings operation through its next phase of expansion.

Strong leadership, management, and decision-making skills

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities

Sound understanding of operational processes, financial management, and business strategy

Proficiency in ServiceTitan and QuickBooks preferred; comfortable running a business by data

Customer-focused mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environmeny

Physical Demands

Ability to sit, stand, or walk for extended periods

Ability to occasionally lift office or field materials up to 50 pounds

Ability to visit job sites and offices as required
