What You'll Do

• Interview driver and field-help candidates — via Teams or face-to-face when the commute makes sense
• Dig into every candidate's background, credentials, and driving history to make sure only the best make the cut
• Lead Day One orientation across our locations, getting new drivers strapped in, safe, and set up to succeed
• Stay connected with drivers long after hire — running retention check-ins and recertifications
• Get hands-on with truck and boom checks, and jump in wherever the field needs support

What You Bring

• A valid CDL — non-negotiable
• Real trucking experience — you know what "the job" actually requires
• Comfort with heavy travel; this role lives on the road
• Sharp judgment and the honesty to say when a candidate isn't the right fit
• Empathy that doesn't get in the way of good decisions
• Strong, straightforward communication with recruiters and candidates alike
