What We're Looking For (Qualifications)

• Experience: 1 to 3 years of professional customer service or front desk experience is required (prior experience in a dental or medical front office is a major bonus, but we are fully willing to train you on dental software if you bring the right energy!).
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a natural ability to make patients and families feel heard, comfortable, and valued.
• Mindset: A warm, friendly demeanor, a strong team-first attitude, a sharp eye for detail, and an eagerness to learn a stable new profession.
• Safety & Compliance: This is a safety-sensitive position requiring the successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen. We strictly follow all CDC, OSHA, and American Dental Association (ADA) guidelines to keep our team and patients protected.

What You'll Do (Responsibilities)

As the face and voice of our 20-year practice, you will be the warm heart of our daily clinical operations:

• Welcome Patients: Greet families with genuine warmth, managing patient check-ins and check-outs seamlessly.
• Manage Communications: Answer multi-line incoming phone calls, address patient questions, and manage the clinic scheduling grid accurately.
• Administrative Flow: Keep front office documentation, patient records, and day-to-day coordination running like clockwork.
• Team Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with our back-office dental assistants and hygienists to maintain a smooth, stress-free daily patient flow.
