Summer Job Opportunity – Maintenance & Grounds Assistant
South Bend, IN | May – August 2026

Looking for a solid summer job where you can stay active, learn new skills, and be part of a team? We’re hiring Summer Maintenance & Grounds Assistant to support our student housing communities in South Bend!

What You’ll Do (Day-to-Day):

• Support unit turns and small rehab projects (prep, clean-up, etc.)
• Help with light maintenance like painting, touch-ups, and basic repairs
• Work alongside the maintenance team on day-to-day tasks and projects
• Perform basic janitorial tasks in common areas (hallways, laundry rooms, shared spaces)
• Keep an eye out for maintenance or safety issues and report them
• Help keep grounds clean by picking up trash and debris

What to Expect:

• Seasonal role: May – August 2026
• Flexible hours (generally Monday–Friday, daytime)
• Work across nearby student housing properties in South Bend
• May travel between properties (all close together)
