  • Support X-ray and imaging workflows as appropriate to role and training, including patient preparation and coordination with radiology staff
  • Maintain exam rooms, treatment areas, and equipment in a clean, organized, and well-stocked condition
  • Follow all infection prevention, safety, and regulatory guidelines, including proper use of PPE and sharps handling
  • Provide clear, compassionate communication and education to patients and families regarding procedures, tests, and follow-up instructions
  • Coordinate patient flow to help ensure timely visits and efficient operations in a high-volume urgent care setting
  • Accurately enter and verify patient data, orders, and documentation in the EMR, maintaining strict confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
  • Participate in clinic quality, safety, and process-improvement initiatives as directed
  • Collaborate with providers, nurses, front office staff, and management to promote a positive, team-based work environment
  • Work variable shifts, including weekdays, evenings, and weekends, and travel to sister clinics as needed to support coverage
