Data & QA Analyst — Impact Investing


Role Overview

We are looking for a Data & QA Analyst with a background or strong interest in impact investing, ESG, sustainability, and related financial or social-impact research.

The role will focus on data quality, research validation, analytical consistency, and quality assurance across data-driven products and processes.

30 hrs/week

Start: mid-September

Location: U.S. or Europe

Responsibilities

  • Review and validate financial, ESG, impact, and organizational data.
  • Assess the quality, completeness, and consistency of collected information.
  • Support the development and testing of analytical and scoring methodologies.
  • Identify data issues, inconsistencies, edge cases, and areas requiring further research.
  • Perform quality assurance on analytical outputs, reports, and datasets.
  • Develop test cases and benchmark examples for validating data and analytical processes.
  • Support ongoing improvements to data standards and quality-control procedures.
  • Work closely with research and technical teams to investigate and resolve data-quality issues.
  • Document findings, assumptions, and quality-control results.
