1.      Role Purpose: Focuses on high‑quality, reliable, and scalable product delivery through comprehensive test planning, execution, and automation. This role requires strong analytical skills, hands‑on testing experience, and the ability to collaborate across engineering, product, and DevOps teams to embed quality throughout the development lifecycle.

2.      Key Responsibilities:

·       Develops comprehensive test plans, scenarios, and coverage strategies, applying risk‑based testing and participating in requirement/design reviews to ensure clarity, testability, and early defect detection.

·       Executes manual and automated functional, regression, integration, system, and UAT tests while validating performance and reliability, identifying defects, and managing them through closure

·       Designs and maintains automation scripts using approved frameworks, integrates automated suites into CI/CD pipelines, and expands automation coverage through reusable components and best practices

·       Collaborates with developers, product teams, DevOps, and architects to embed quality early in the SDLC, supports quality gates, validates fixes, and contributes to tool and framework improvements

·       Analyzes test results and defect trends to drive root‑cause insights, supports process and automation optimization, and maintains clear test documentation, reports, and quality dashboards

·       Stays current with emerging QA tools and techniques while sharing knowledge within the team and contributing to playbooks, standards, and reusable quality assets

·       Mentor engineers and lead QA techniques, test automation skills.

·       Internal: Collaborates with Engineering, Product, Architecture, DevOps, Performance Engineering, and QA teams for quality strategy definition, architecture reviews, tooling decisions, and enterprise QA alignment.

·       External: Coordinates with client QA leaders, architects, delivery owners, and audit teams for quality strategy discussions, validation frameworks, test reviews, and quality governance interactions.
