National HQ Head Start Missionary 2027

National Head Start Missionary

We are seeking a mission-minded, Christ-centred leader with a heart for evangelization and a desire to serve the mission behind the mission. If you want to help renew the world by proclaiming Jesus and supporting the work that equips missionaries, builds leaders, and advances the New Evangelization across Canada, this job is for you.

Head Start positions are for those who are ready to begin serving with CCO before the regular May employment start. A Head Start role allows you to begin missionary life sooner by stepping into employment, team life, and hands-on ministry experience in January, joining the Year 1 IA Formation Program when it begins in May. You will serve alongside a dynamic team of missionaries at CCO’s National Headquarters, contributing to the national work that supports campus ministry, missionary formation, and evangelization.

  • Support the planning, coordination, and execution of assigned initiatives that serve campuses, students, supporters, and other stakeholders.
  • Participate in CCO team life, including prayer, meetings, formation opportunities, and communal missionary rhythms.
  • Grow in understanding and practice of CCO’s spirituality, methods, tenets, and core values while preparing to enter the Year 1 IA Formation Program in May.
  • Collaborate with missionaries and staff across departments, demonstrating professionalism, teachability, initiative, and a willingness to serve where needed.

    • Openness to being placed on any National Headquarters team based on ministry need, skills, experience, and fit.
    • Availability to begin employment in December, with support raising beginning in September.
