This individual will serve as the primary point of contact for incoming data center opportunities, conducting initial discussions with data center operators, brokers, developers, and infrastructure providers.
The position is responsible for identifying, qualifying, analyzing, and advancing potential data center opportunities before presenting them to the Director of Data Center Strategy & Development.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable independently managing numerous opportunities, gathering technical and commercial information, identifying potential obstacles, and coordinating the activities necessary to advance qualified projects.
The primary objective of this position is to ensure the Director spends time on qualified opportunities rather than preliminary discovery, information gathering, and administrative coordination.

- Identify commercial terms that fall outside Cirrascale's preferred parameters.
- Prepare financial and technical summaries supporting acquisition decisions.
3. Opportunity Pipeline Management
- Maintain a centralized database of available data center opportunities.
- Track opportunities from initial contact through qualification, due diligence, negotiation, and final disposition.
- Maintain accurate records of facility specifications, pricing, availability dates, and key contacts.
- Track changes in capacity availability, commercial terms, and delivery schedules.
- Ensure opportunities have clearly defined next steps, responsible parties, and follow-up dates.
- Provide regular pipeline reports identifying new opportunities, qualified sites, outstanding requirements, and potential risks.
4. Broker, Operator, and Vendor Coordination
- Develop and maintain working relationships with data center operators, brokers, developers, and infrastructure providers.
- Conduct follow-up communications to obtain missing information and clarify proposed terms.
- Coordinate introductory meetings and technical discussions.
- Request facility documentation, pricing proposals, construction schedules, and infrastructure specifications.
- Coordinate site visits, technical evaluations, and meetings when required.
- Maintain consistent communication with external parties throughout the evaluation process.
5. Due Diligence and Project Support
- Coordinate preliminary due diligence activities for qualified opportunities.
- Collect electrical one-line diagrams, utility documentation, facility specifications, and construction schedules.
- Work with internal engineering and operations teams to validate technical assumptions.
- Identify missing information, technical limitations, commercial concerns, and delivery risks.
- Assist with preparation of Letters of Intent (LOIs), commercial comparisons, and supporting documentation.
- Track outstanding issues and coordinate resolution with internal and external stakeholders.
- Support the Director throughout the acquisition process, including follow-up actions necessary to move opportunities toward execution.
