Open Roles

Senior Executive Assistant

About Us:

Tired of the same old corporate grind? At Consensus, we're not just another SaaS company—we created the Demo Automation and Buyer Enablement category, and we're still not done. Recognized by Gartner, Forrester, and G2 as the clear leader among 35+ companies, we've helped 15 of the 30 largest software companies in the world transform how buyers buy. Now we're building what comes next: an AI-native Buyer Experience Operating System spanning the full buyer journey.

We're PE-backed, scaling fast, and growing through our next chapter—which means the work here is real, the pace is quick, and your fingerprints end up on things that matter. Our values aren't just words on a wall; they're the heartbeat of our culture. We believe in version one progress, total accountability, and continuous improvement—and we want you to bring that same energy. Perfection isn't the goal; putting your name on a version one and owning the journey is. Want to see Consensus in action for yourself? Check out our demo (in the Consensus platform—meta, right?)

The Team:

You'll report to our VP of People and work shoulder-to-shoulder with our CEO and CFO every single day. That reporting structure is intentional: you get a manager genuinely invested in your growth, a seat inside the team that runs company-wide operations, and a career path that extends well beyond managing one executive's inbox. You'll be part of the small group of people who see how the whole company actually runs—and who make it run better.

About the Role:

Let's be clear about what this role is not: it's not a calendar babysitter, and it's not a job for someone arriving with a 2015 EA playbook. This is the operating system for our executive team.

You'll be the person who makes board meetings feel effortless, who works backwards from every deadline so nothing is ever a surprise, and who sees around corners before the rest of us know there's a corner. You'll manage the daily rhythm of our CEO and CFO including nemail, calendar, priorities and the company rhythms that keep 275 people connected: Town Halls, All Hands, and monthly business reviews.

And here's the part we mean most sincerely: we want someone AI-forward. Not "I've heard of ChatGPT" forward but someone who looks at a workflow, asks "why are we doing it this way," and rebuilds it. We're an AI-forward company and this role should be a showcase for what that looks like in executive operations.

What You’ll Do:

  • Run the executive rhythm. Manage email and calendars for the CEO and CFO with judgment, not just logistics—you'll triage, prioritize, and protect their time for the things that actually matter.
  • See around corners. Anticipate the deadline before it's assigned, flag the conflict before it happens, and prep the exec before they know they need prepping.
  • Keep the company connected. Help produce Town Halls and All Hands, schedule and coordinate internal MBRs, and support light internal communications that keep everyone rowing in the same direction.
  • Own board meeting orchestration end-to-end. Set the timeline, work backwards from the date, chase the inputs, assemble the materials, and make sure the day itself runs without a single fire drill.
  • Upgrade our workflows. Bring AI tools and automation into everything above. If you're doing something manually the third time, we expect you to be asking why.
  • Handle what nobody owns yet. Some of the most important work in this role won't be on this list. If "that's not my job" is in your vocabulary, this isn't your job.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: 3+ years supporting senior executives (C-suite strongly preferred), ideally in a fast-moving SaaS or tech environment. Board meeting experience is a big plus.
  • Agility + precision: You move fast and you don't drop details. Most people are one or the other; we need both.
  • AI-forward, playbook-skeptical: You actively use AI tools in your work today. Tell us about a workflow you've automated or rebuilt—bonus points if AI was involved. We'd rather hear about your version one than your credentials.
  • Forward and backward thinking: You instinctively work backwards from deadlines and forwards from patterns. You're the person who says "in three weeks this is going to be a problem" in week one.
  • Discretion: You'll be trusted with board materials, compensation information, and conversations that can't leave the room. That trust is the foundation of this role.
  • Communication: Clear, warm, and concise in writing—you'll be drafting comms that go to the whole company.
