This role ensures that all closed loan files meet investor-specific guidelines and regulatory requirements, minimizing the "dwell time" between closing and purchase. | · Investor Package Auditing: Conduct comprehensive audits of closed loan packages (approx. 45 minutes per loan) to ensure all required legal, credit, and collateral documents are present and accurate. · Package Delivery: Facilitate the digital or physical delivery of the Investor Package to the end investor within a strict 2-business-day window from loan closing. · Suspense Management: Monitor and resolve investor suspense notifications. Ensure all conditions are cleared within 24 hours of notification to prevent pricing hits or delivery delays. · System Integrity: Update the Loan Origination System (LOS) with delivery dates, tracking numbers, and investor correspondence. | |

QUALIFICATIONS: | Required Education and Experience: · In-depth knowledge of mortgage closing documents (Note, Deed of Trust, Closing Disclosure, etc.). · Familiarity with agency (Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac) and private investor delivery portals. · Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify document discrepancies. · Ability to manage high volumes (Target: ~125 loans/day for the team) | |
