Executive Assistant- Part time

Cor Cordis is a leading independent business advisory firm with expertise in solving complex financial problems, with national presence across Melbourne, Perth, Brisbane, Gold Coast and Sydney.

In your position of Executive Assistant, you will report to the Partner and will be responsible for the completion of various tasks and assignments consistent with providing business advisory services to a range of clients of various sizes and complexity.


You will be part of a national administration team and will have the opportunity to collaborate with your peers across our offices in Melbourne, Perth, Sydney and Brisbane.

 

This role forms part of a small team in the Gold Coast and will involve support of other team members when required. This is a part- time role requiring 25-30 hours per week.

Scope of the role

·         Diary and meeting management including coordination of client events and meetings

·         Monitoring and management of Partner workflow requirements

·         Arranging frequent interstate and overseas travel, including flights, car/car hire, accommodation bookings and expenses.

·         Preparation of confidential documents

·         Managing emails and communications as required.

·         Assist Partners with administrative tasks such as timesheets and expenses

·         Maintaining training and CPD log for ASIC and other statutory requirements

·         Assist in the organisation and booking of catering of events and functions when required

·         Data management including editing contacts and referrer data and ensuring data integrity

·         Assistance and involvement with various projects and tasks within the firm as required.

 Desired experience but not essential:

  • At least 3 years demonstrated experience in a similar role with office management and personal assistance responsibilities
  • Experience in a corporate business or a professional services firm
