Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager, National Training and Development to lead the creation, delivery, and continuous improvement of training programs across our expanding network of partner clinics. This individual will be instrumental in standardizing training for clinical and non-clinical staff, fostering knowledge sharing, and ensuring consistent implementation of best practices throughout the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and Maintain Playbooks: Create and maintain best practice playbooks for key roles and workflows, ensuring consistency and operational excellence across clinics.
- Assess Clinics’ Needs: Conduct regular touchpoints with clinic managers to identify gaps, gather feedback, and tailor programs accordingly.
- Manage Training Priorities: Develop and execute targeted implementation plans in line with company rocks.
- Oversee Training Vendors: Negotiate with and manage vendors and sponsors providing training resources, optimizing for quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Support National Events: Help plan and execute annual national training seminars for clinic managers and providers, in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with extended team (both corporate and in-clinic) to align training content with brand messaging, campaign initiatives, and patient-facing materials. Ensure clinic staff are equipped to effectively communicate and deliver on marketing-driven programs and promotions.
- Support Strategic initiatives: Act as a training thought partner when new services, tools, or workflows are introduced, ensuring smooth implementation through proactive staff preparation and change management support.
Qualifications
- Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in training and development, ideally in multi-site healthcare, aesthetic medicine, or customer-facing operations.
- Proven ability to design and deliver high-impact training programs for diverse staff levels.
- Experience managing teams and working cross-functionally across operations, clinical, and business teams.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and training methodologies.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in learning platforms (e.g., LMS), video conferencing tools, and document creation.
- Highly organized with strong project and vendor management skills.
- Willingness and ability to travel to U.S. clinics 50-60% of the time
