About the Job

We are looking for a Junior Administrative Analyst to join our team and support internal administrative routines, working closely with the Human Resources area and assisting operational demands on a daily basis.

This is an on-site position based in Belo Horizonte (BH), requiring close collaboration with business areas and leadership. Office presence is essential to ensure strong performance, effective team integration, and alignment with the company’s culture.

Responsibilities

• Support administrative and operational HR routines;
• Assist with document control, contracts, and internal records organization;
• Support onboarding, integration, and offboarding processes;
• Assist with benefits administration and time tracking control;
• Update and maintain spreadsheets, systems, and administrative controls;
• Support employees by answering questions and directing internal requests;
• Assist in organizing training sessions, meetings, and internal initiatives;
• Prepare reports and monitor administrative and HR indicators;
• Support general administrative and financial activities when necessary.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields;
• Basic knowledge of administrative and/or HR routines;
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel;
• Good verbal and written communication skills;
• Organized, detail-oriented, and collaborative profile.
• Basic or intermediate English proficiency.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience (internship or full-time) in administrative or HR areas;
• Knowledge of administrative or HR management systems
