About the Job

As an Account Executive at Dadosfera, you’ll be responsible for identifying and closing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and offering data-driven solutions that guide clients toward achieving their goals.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities, acting in both Hunter and Farmer roles;
  • Manage mid-market and enterprise accounts, developing commercial strategies aligned with Dadosfera’s business goals;
  • Understand clients’ challenges, needs, and objectives, connecting them with the most suitable Dadosfera products, solutions, and services;
  • Conduct commercial meetings, institutional presentations, solution demonstrations, and negotiations with national and international clients;
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring proximity, trust, and a long-term partnership vision;
  • Keep commercial activities updated in the CRM, ensuring visibility, predictability, and accurate sales pipeline tracking;
  • Collaborate closely with Dadosfera’s technical teams to structure solutions tailored to each client’s context and challenges;
  • Support the development of commercial proposals, business cases, and account growth strategies.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, International Relations, or related fields;
  • 3+ years of experience in account management, B2B sales, or as an Account Executive;
  • Experience with consultative sales, negotiation, and relationship management with mid-market and enterprise clients;
  • Intermediate to advanced Spanish skills, with the ability to conduct business conversations;
  • Intermediate English skills, with the ability to support international business interactions;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills;
  • Experience using CRM tools, Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, and commercial management systems;
  • Analytical mindset to understand business challenges, market data, and commercial opportunities;
  • Strong organizational skills, autonomy, and ability to thrive in dynamic environments;
  • Availability to travel;
  • Based in São Paulo/SP or Belo Horizonte/MG, with availability to regularly visit clients and attend in-person meetings as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in technology companies, especially SaaS, data, analytics, or artificial intelligence;
  • Experience selling digital platforms, data solutions, consulting services, or professional services;
  • Familiarity with data, BI, analytics, cloud, or digital transformation concepts;
  • Experience managing enterprise or strategic accounts;
  • Experience with international sales or supporting Latin American markets;
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
