Global IT Project Manager

Location: Philippines (Remote)

Reports To: Global Head of IT

Compensation: PHT up to 140,000 per month

The Role

DTiQ is looking for an organized and proactive Program Manager to help drive strategic technology projects across our global organization. In this role, you'll partner with technical teams and business leaders across the Asia-Pacific region, Europe, and North America to coordinate projects, remove roadblocks, and ensure critical initiatives are delivered successfully.

As our Program Manager, you'll serve as the central coordination point for global IT initiatives, ensuring projects remain aligned, organized, and on schedule.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Coordinate multiple IT projects from planning through successful delivery.
• Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements from stakeholders across the organization.
• Create and maintain project backlogs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical documentation using Jira and Confluence.
• Partner with Infrastructure, Security, Software Development, Business Applications, and other technical teams to coordinate priorities and project execution.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, dependencies, and blockers, and proactively drive resolutions.
• Facilitate project meetings, status updates, action items, and executive reporting.
• Support enterprise Information Security and ISO 27001 initiatives, including activities related to our Information Security Management System (ISMS).
• Ensure projects remain aligned with business priorities while maintaining high standards of quality and accountability.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across multiple countries and time zones.

Please note: This is a Program Management and IT Project Coordination role. It is not a software development position.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Program Management, IT Project Management, or Project Coordination.
• Strong hands-on experience using Jira and Confluence.
• Experience coordinating multiple concurrent technical projects.
• Experience working with globally distributed teams.
• Strong business analysis and requirements gathering skills.
• Excellent organizational, planning, and project coordination abilities.
• Outstanding written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting any of the following would be an advantage:

• Information Security
• Governance or Compliance programs
• ISO 27001
• Information Security Management Systems (ISMS)

Working Hours

This role supports a global IT organization with colleagues across the Asia-Pacific region, Europe, and North America. To promote collaboration while maintaining a healthy work-life balance, this position requests working hours of 9am -5pm PHT four days a week and one day a week from 3am – 11am PHT to collaborate with the US West Coast.
