The Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Director with solid digital transformation expertise to take full ownership of corporate IT planning, system construction, data governance, network & cloud security, cloud infrastructure and end-to-end digital transformation initiatives. As the core leader of corporate digital construction, you will deliver IT technical capabilities to support fast global business expansion, build a secure, stable, high-performance digital foundation, empower all business lines via digital tools, cut operational costs and continuously boost EnerVenue’s global digital competitiveness.


Key Responsibilities

IT Strategic Roadmap Planning

Develop medium & long-term corporate informatization and digital transformation strategies fully aligned with business expansion and global operation targets; design cloud-native, data-driven intelligent technical architecture. Lead the definition, decomposition and full delivery of annual IT KPIs covering informatization construction, cybersecurity and data governance, and continuously optimize IT input-output efficiency.

Digital Business Platform Construction

Oversee full lifecycle planning, vendor selection, implementation and iterative upgrade of core enterprise systems including ERP, SAP, SRM, MES, WMS, OA and HRM. Drive digital business process reengineering to improve cross-department collaboration efficiency and factory operation automation.

Data Governance & Data Center Construction

Establish corporate unified standards for data architecture, data quality, data asset management and data security; build enterprise data platform and BI visualization system to realize operational analysis, executive decision support and full data value mining.

Cybersecurity & Compliance Governance

Build comprehensive security protection system covering network, server, application and full data lifecycle. Implement national cybersecurity class 2 protection, domestic data security & personal privacy regulatory requirements; formulate emergency response plans to mitigate risks of network attack, data leakage and system outage.

Cloud & Infrastructure Operation & Maintenance

Take charge of planning, construction and 7×24 operation of on-prem server room, servers, storage, terminals, public/private/hybrid cloud resources. Optimize IT resource utilization rate and reduce overall infrastructure O&M cost while guaranteeing stable continuous operation.

Digital Transformation & Technology Innovation

Track cutting-edge technologies including AI, big data, IoT and RPA; lead PoC and full-scale implementation in R&D, manufacturing, supply chain and marketing scenarios. Manage all digital projects to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with measurable business value.

IT Team Building & Cross-Functional Collaboration

Recruit, develop and build a full-stack IT talent team, establish clear performance appraisal and capability development mechanisms. Collaborate closely with production, supply chain, quality, finance and R&D teams to deliver customized IT solutions, resolve operational bottlenecks and fully align IT output with business demands.


Required Qualifications

Education Background

Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Engineering, Automation, Electronic Information or other related technical disciplines.

Core Working Experience

10+ years comprehensive enterprise IT management experience, including no less than 3 years IT Director-level leadership experience within manufacturing, new energy storage or lithium battery industry. Proven end-to-end digital transformation delivery track record for medium & large enterprises.

Professional Technical Capabilities

Profound hands-on experience on ERP, SAP, SRM, MES, WMS implementation and operation; mature knowledge of cybersecurity system construction, data governance frameworks and cloud infrastructure architecture. Own successful real cases of enterprise digital upgrading, system integration and operational cost reduction.

Industry Resource & Project Track Record

Established resource network among top ERP/MES/digital service vendors. Practical experience in group-level informatization planning, multi-factory & global cross-region system deployment, China Class 2 Cybersecurity Compliance and enterprise data center rollout. Fully familiar with manufacturing & new energy core business processes and digital pain points.

Comprehensive Competencies

Outstanding strategic thinking, end-to-end project management and cross-resource integration capabilities. Strong business comprehension to drive revenue & efficiency growth via technical solutions. Able to work under heavy pressure with multiple parallel projects, strictly result-oriented.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Fluent business English for regular technical communication with Silicon global headquarters IT team.
  • Rich experience building cross-border multi-region IT systems covering China, US, Australia and Europe.
  • Professional certifications: CISP, CISSP, PMP, Cloud Architect or ERP implementation senior consultant certificates.
  • Past working experience at gigawatt-scale new energy storage / lithium battery manufacturers.
