Revenue Operations Manager
About Enlighten
At Enlighten, we believe AI should expand what people can take on. We build teams of AI agents alongside Fortune 500 companies so they can put their best thinking to work across the business. We want the people closest to the work to be able to ask hard questions and get answers they can trust. Our mission is to give every team the intelligence it needs to make decisions that shape the business.
About the role
You’ll give the commercial team a reliable view of what’s in the pipeline, where it came from, and what needs attention. You’ll own the CRM and improve how sales and marketing hand work off to each other.
What you'll do
- Define pipeline stages, account and contact data, opportunity records, and handoffs. Document what fields mean, who owns them, and how they change.
- Maintain pipeline and attribution reporting. Trace how the data is generated, fix gaps at the source, and agree on reporting definitions with sales, marketing, solutions, and leadership.
- Review the pipeline regularly to catch stalled opportunities, missing context, and broken handoffs early.
- Run multiple AI agents in parallel every day to reconcile records, flag exceptions, and draft process documentation. Verify the reporting logic before sharing findings.
- Build small apps and workflows with agents to improve routing, flag follow-ups, and make data quality and attribution easier to check.
- Turn recurring questions into reports or workflows the team can use. Track adoption and fix the parts that slow people down.
What you bring
- Experience in revenue operations, sales operations, marketing operations, business operations, or a related systems and process role.
- Strong CRM and data judgment. You can distinguish a clean report from a trustworthy operating signal.
- The ability to work with commercial teams in plain language and build processes people will actually use.
- Hands-on AI fluency, including directing multiple agents to analyze, draft, reconcile, and check work while validating the outcome yourself.
- Comfort creating custom apps or workflows with agent assistance to solve repeatable operational problems.
- A self-starting approach to ambiguous work. You can identify what is missing, propose a workable version, and improve it as evidence arrives.
- Care for data stewardship, documentation, access boundaries, and change management.
- Experience supporting an early-stage or rapidly changing B2B revenue team, designing attribution or campaign-to-pipeline analysis, and improving CRM adoption through simple workflows and useful reporting.
- You work independently. You can take an unclear goal, decide what to do first, find what you need, and carry the work through to a result. You bring people in early when a decision, risk, or dependency needs their input.
How we work
AI agents are core to how we get work done. You'll spend a substantial part of your day running multiple agents in parallel, building tools and workflows with them, and checking what they produce. You own the result. Verify the facts, calculations, code, and claims before they go into a decision, a customer conversation, or a release.
What success looks like
- Leaders and commercial teams can rely on the CRM for a clear, current view of pipeline and activity.
- Attribution and reporting definitions are explicit, inspectable, and improved when evidence shows a gap.
- Handoffs and follow-up work have clear owners and fewer preventable misses.
- AI-assisted operations improve speed and coverage while governance and validation remain strong.
