Enzo Health

Implementation Consultant

About Enzo Health

Enzo Health is an AI-native healthcare technology company focused on home health, transforming how home health agencies operate. We deliver a secure, HIPAA-compliant AI platform that unifies intake, clinical documentation, coding, and quality assurance, so agencies spend less time on paperwork and more time on patient care.

We're two years old, AI-native from day one, recently raised our Series A, and grew 400% over the last year. Our leadership team brings experience from great technology startups and healthcare organizations — including Bain, early Podium, Entrata, and Athelas — alongside deep expertise in home health.

The Role

As an Implementation Consultant, you'll help new customers go from signed contract to fully live on Enzo. You'll help migrate their data, configure the platform to fit how they work, train their teams, and make sure they're getting real value from day one.

This is a consultant role, not a back-office one. You'll be on calls and in front of agency owners, clinicians, and office staff every week — understanding how they work, recommending how Enzo should fit, and guiding them through change. Healthcare experience is a big plus, but you don't need to come from home health; we'll teach you the domain. What you do need is a technical, systems-minded background and a real love of working directly with customers.

You'll report directly to our Head of Implementation and roll up to our Chief Customer Officer, as part of the post-sales team that owns every customer's experience once the contract is signed. Day to day, you'll work alongside other members of our implementation team and partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering.

What you'll do

Get customers live

  • Migrate data from customers' legacy EHRs into Enzo — mapping fields, cleaning messy data, and validating that patient records, assessments, and billing data come over accurately
  • Configure Enzo to fit each agency's workflows, service lines, and requirements
  • Manage implementation timelines and keep customers and internal teams on track to go-live

Be the customer's trusted advisor

  • Lead onboarding calls and working sessions with agency owners, clinicians, and office staff
  • Understand how each agency works today and recommend how Enzo should fit — not just replicate what they had before
  • Build and deliver training tailored to each role, from field clinicians to agency leadership
  • Monitor early adoption and step in proactively when teams need help

Make Enzo better

  • Bring customer feedback to Product and Engineering to shape our roadmap
  • Document repeatable playbooks and improve how we onboard customers as we scale

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of work experience after college, ideally in implementation, consulting, solutions, or a technical customer-facing role
  • Hands-on experience with data migrations — mapping, cleaning, and validating data moving between systems
  • Experience working with complex business systems (ERP, CRM, EMR/EHR, or similar)
  • A technical background: a degree in information systems, computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Strong customer-facing skills: you're comfortable leading calls, running trainings, and earning the trust of people who aren't technical
  • A consultant's mindset — you ask good questions, recommend a path, and own the outcome
  • Strong project management and organization skills to keep multiple customers moving at once
  • Strong history of adopting AI
  • You want to be customer-facing / have some parts of your role customer-facing. If you'd rather work exclusively behind the scenes, this probably isn't the right role

Nice to have

  • Healthcare experience (a big plus): time at a provider, payer, or health tech company, and especially exposure to home health or EHR systems
  • Comfort with SQL, advanced Excel, or scripting for data work

Why Enzo

Trusted by top-performing home health agencies nationwide, Enzo delivers measurable results: documentation time under 25 minutes per visit, referral intake under 5 minutes, and 30–50% savings per episode of care. You'll be the person who makes those outcomes real for each new customer, joining a team building the essential AI infrastructure for sustainable growth in home health.
