What you will do:

We’re looking for a creative and driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join the team at Zoocasa, reporting to the Director, Public Relations & Content Marketing. You’ll be responsible for developing and producing engaging, high-quality social media content across all Zoocasa channels, with a strong emphasis on video. You’ll also have the opportunity to contribute to the Zoocasa Market Insights blog through research and writing, while supporting select media relations initiatives. It’s an ideal role for someone who loves to experiment, is curious about real estate, and thrives on creating compelling digital experiences.

How you will make an impact:

• Social Media:
• • Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills across all content and collaboration efforts
  • Plan and maintain a 30-day content calendar across all social media channels
  • Create a variety of engaging content, including short-form video (Reels), carousel posts, and interviews with subject matter experts
  • Proactively collaborate with real estate agents and internal stakeholders to develop authentic, engaging content
  • Develop and execute creative social campaigns to support major annual content initiatives
• Content & PR Support:
• • Craft a range of content, including AEO and SEO-optimized copy, data-driven blog articles, media pitches, newsletter content, and more
  • Research industry trends and insights to support the development of integrated PR and content strategies aligned with business goals
  • Support media relations efforts as needed, including drafting pitches and identifying opportunities
• Analytics & Optimization:
• • Track, analyze, and report on digital marketing and social media performance metrics
  • Use insights to evaluate campaign effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Keep on top of news and industry trends and adapt social media and content strategies based on changes in the market

How you will grab our attention:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, English, Journalism, Communications, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, content creation, and/or journalism
• Proven experience creating engaging social media content, with a strong emphasis on short-form video
• Proficiency with content creation and editing tools such as CapCut, Canva, and native social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Experience interviewing subject matter experts and translating insights into compelling, audience-friendly content
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a strong eye for detail
• Demonstrated storytelling ability, with experience crafting content tailored to different audiences and platforms
• Creative thinker with a willingness to experiment, test new ideas, and iterate based on performance
• Familiarity with SEO and AEO best practices, and experience applying them to digital content
• Experience analyzing social and digital performance metrics and using insights to optimize content
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
