About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Receiving and Outbound Coordinator to join our operations team. This role manages the daily operational flow of incoming stock and outgoing shipments, ensuring incoming inventory is accurately inspected and stored while outgoing customer orders and freight transfers are packed, scheduled, and dispatched correctly and on time in a cGMP-compliant manufacturing environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Inspect inbound freight, ocean containers, and small-parcel deliveries for damaged goods or discrepancies.
  • Reconcile delivery receipts and Bills of Lading (BOLs) against Purchase Orders (POs) in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
  • Direct put-away placement and update inventory bin locations immediately upon receipt.
  • Resolve and log short-shipments, damaged goods, or vendor overages.
  • Coordinate daily shipping schedules for LTL/TL freight and parcel carriers (e.g., FedEx, UPS, DHL).
  • Generate accurate shipping documentation, including but not limited to customs paperwork, packing slips, commercial invoices, and BOLs.
  • Verify picking/packing accuracy against customer orders before staging and loading.
  • Communicate directly with carriers to schedule pickups, track shipments, and address transit delays.
  • Maintain real-time data integrity and accurate records of material movements using warehouse management software.
  • Assist with cycle counts, routine inventory audits, and general warehouse organization and other duties as needed.
  • Safely operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) to load and unload shipments..
  • Follow all safety, quality, and cGMP and Company standards.

Qualifications & Skills

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Valid Forklift Operator Certification required; experience operating stand-up reach trucks strongly preferred.
  • Previous warehouse or logistics experience required.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Basic computer literacy and comfort with inventory systems.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods (up to 10 hours/day).

Work Schedule

Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Overtime opportunities available on Saturdays and Sundays.

Compensation

$18.00 per hour
Full benefits eligible: Medical, Vision, and Dental, 401(k) with company match.
