About the Job:


As a Facilities Coordinator, you will provide administrative and operational support to the Facilities Supervisor in the day-to-day management of facilities and security operations. You will assist in coordinating maintenance activities, monitoring workplace safety and security, managing access control, maintaining facility records, supporting compliance initiatives, and preparing operational reports. Working closely with the Facilities Supervisor, internal teams, building management, vendors, and security personnel, you will help ensure that facility operations run smoothly and that company policies and standards are consistently maintained.


What You'll Do:

Facilities & Security Operations

  • Conduct CCTV reviews and investigations to support incident validation and attendance verification.
  • Monitor security cameras, access points, doors, and other security systems to identify unusual activities or potential security concerns.
  • Create employee ID badges and manage access control requests, updates, and deactivations.
  • Prepare incident reports, investigation summaries, and other security-related documentation.
  • Identify, document, and report policy violations, security risks, and operational concerns to the appropriate stakeholders.

Facilities Coordination

  • Perform regular facility walk-arounds and inspections to identify maintenance, housekeeping, and safety issues.
  • Coordinate maintenance requests and corrective actions with contractors, vendors, and building management.
  • Track the completion of maintenance activities and ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate facilities records, inspection logs, and operational documentation.
  • Provide general administrative and operational support for daily facilities activities.

Health, Safety & Compliance

  • Support workplace safety initiatives, including fire drills, emergency preparedness activities, and routine safety inspections.
  • Assist with compliance documentation and requirements related to BFP, DOLE, DENR, and other applicable regulatory agencies.
  • Monitor workplace safety observations and report findings for corrective action.
  • Help ensure compliance with company policies, building regulations, and workplace safety standards.


What You'll Bring:

  • At least 1 year of experience in Facilities Administration, Facilities Coordination, Security Administration, Property Management, or a similar support role.
  • Experience with CCTV monitoring, access control systems, or security operations is an advantage.
  • Basic knowledge of workplace safety practices and regulatory compliance, including BFP, DOLE, and DENR requirements, is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail when preparing reports, maintaining records, and conducting inspections.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling security-related information and employee access records.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues and coordinate timely resolutions.
  • Dependable, proactive, and able to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
