The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations within a fast-paced food and beverage warehouse. This role ensures products are received, stored, rotated, and shipped accurately while maintaining strict food safety and quality standards. The Warehouse Supervisor drives efficiency, promotes a safe working environment, and ensures timely, accurate fulfillment of all restaurant and concept needs.
SHIFT NEEDED:
· Assist the Warehouse Manager with daily operations and provide support in managing warehouse functions.
· Oversee accurate receiving, storing, and rotating of all food and beverage products
· Driving golf carts underground to deliver product from concourse to concourse
· Monitor product quality and escalate damaged or unsafe product concerns to Warehouse Manager
· Answering phone calls and emails regarding requests and questions from restaurants
· Oversee the transfer and scheduling of inventory between departments and for timely deliveries.
· Checking in liquor deliveries to ensure all product was received
· Oversee staging, loading, and unloading processes to ensure accuracy and speed
· Foster positive working relationships with internal departments and act as a point of contact for operational questions and concerns.
· Ensure warehouse is clean, organized, and compliant with health department
· Verify temperature logs and maintain compliance in refrigerated and freezer areas
· Lead, train, and coach warehouse associates in safe and efficient work practices
· Address employee issues, promote teamwork, and maintain a positive work environment
· Communicate clearly with management on issues, trends, and operational needs
· Friendly, approachable, and team-oriented with a hands-on leadership style.
· Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, even in high-pressure situations.
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

· Able to follow all policies and procedures established by FMS/Skyport, brand partners, and comply with airport, federal, state, and local regulations.
· Strong supervisory and leadership abilities.
· Comfortable working in crowded and dynamic public settings.
· Must be able to pass a 10-year TSA criminal background check
· High School diploma or equivalent
· At least six months of experience in distribution or manufacturing preferred
· Familiarity in inventory procedures preferred
· Pallet jack and picking experience preferred
· Valid Colorado driver’s license and favorable Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) – Required for DEN Airport only.
· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
· Proficient with data entry and inventory software and systems
Airport: This position operates in a climate-controlled international airport environment. The temperature, volume of noise, and exposure to the public is outside the control of First Meridian Services, Inc. The position requires use of public spaces as provided by the airport.
Warehouse: This position may require frequent exposure to a warehouse, storage areas, restaurant or retail operation environment. Regular exposure to varying temperatures (hot/cold/freezing), fumes, vapors, industrial restaurant equipment, very loud noise, and guests will be a common occurrence.
The nature of warehouse work requires the Warehouse Supervisor to possess certain physical abilities. Those listed here are representative of those that must be met by the employee to successfully perform this job. Most of the workday is spent standing or walking and working in close proximity to others. Eye-hand coordination, depth perception, finger dexterity, and functional vision and speech perception are required. Some bending, crouching, constant walking for long periods of time and pushing/pulling and lifting/lowering of up to 100 lbs. Some repetitive motions with hands, wrists, or arms. Must be able to operate all equipment used in the warehouse. Some exposure to skin irritants, electrical equipment, and sharp instruments. Risk to these exposures is minimized by strict adherence to company standards, policies and procedures.
