Urgently Hiring

This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a passionate and innovative team. We are looking for therapists to join our behavioral health programs, specifically Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists, Licensed Clinical Social Workers, and Licensed Professional Clinical Counselors. We offer full or part-time positions for qualified applicants to primarily provide individual therapy sessions. For a part-time positions we ask that a clinician can do a minimum of 24 sessions per week. The position comes with a robust benefits package, which adds over 30% to total compensation package.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial (BPS) assessments and formulate accurate clinical impressions.
  • Develop, review, and update individualized treatment plans aligned with client goals.
  • Maintain timely and compliant documentation within the electronic health record (EHR) system.
  • Participate in weekly consultation and supervision meetings.
  • Provide individual psychotherapy via telehealth; couples and family therapy is optional.
  • Offer appropriate referrals and community resources to clients as needed.
  • Collaborate with providers and treatment team as needed.
  • Provide individual psychotherapy via telehealth; couples and family therapy is optional.
  • Adhere to ethical, legal, and regulatory standards under the California Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS) and applicable laws.
  • Maintain professional boundaries and demonstrate cultural humility when serving diverse populations.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Active California licensure as an LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or PsyD (required).
  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in psychology, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or social work.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently while maintaining strong communication with team members.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in computers, teleconferencing platforms (Zoom, Google Meet), and EHR documentation.
  • Commitment to ethical, evidence-based, and person-centered practice.

Qualifications:

  • Degrees/certifications: Masters level training in social work, psychology, family therapy.
  • LMFT/LCSW/LPCC/Psychologist
  • Some experience working with diverse populations.
  • Knowledgeable with interventions and treatment planning.
  • Experience in evidence based practices preferred (CBT, EMDR).
  • Fluent in more than one language a plus.
  • EMDR is a plus.
  • Credentialing with various insurance companies is a plus.
