A growing technology company is seeking a motivated and goal-oriented Field Service Technician (FST) to join its expanding team. This role is responsible for servicing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing communication and technology systems within customer facilities while ensuring compliance with company procedures, customer expectations, and contractual timelines.

The Field Service Technician will work onsite at one of the company’s customer locations while collaborating remotely with corporate support teams. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who works well independently, demonstrates strong customer service and communication skills, and adapts well in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Service, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair communication and technology systems onsite.
• Diagnose technical issues and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate documentation of service activities and support requests.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve escalated technical concerns.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with facility staff and customers.
• Prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively in a dynamic work environment.

Education & Experience

• Experience working with technology, hardware, or technical support preferred.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Jira is a plus.
• Ability to learn and become proficient with company software and systems.

• Ability to lift or move up to 50lbs.
• Must be able to use hand tools.
