About the Role 

This is not your typical operations role. 

At Investible, you’ll be working across funds, investors and high-growth startups, helping to power the infrastructure behind early-stage innovation. 

As our Fund Operations Associate, you’ll partner closely with the Head of Operations and broader leadership team to ensure our platform and processes run seamlessly, while also helping us build smarter, more scalable ways of working as we grow.

What You'll Do 

You can expect to have broad exposure to all operational functions of the business, including finance, data, compliance and fund administration. You’ll play a hands-on role across fund operations, investor processes and business operations with scope to shape how we scale. This includes: 

• Supporting the end-to-end lifecycle of our funds and investors
• Getting involved in broader business operations projects 
• Contributing to reporting, insights and data integrity across our platform  
• Supporting financial reconciliations and performance metrics reporting of the funds  
• Identify opportunities to improve, streamline and automate processes as we continue to grow, with a focus on utilisation AI tools. 
• Working across multiple fund structures, syndicates and cross-border operations  

This is a role where you’ll learn fast, take ownership early, and see the impact of your work directly. 

What We're Looking For 

We’re less focused on ticking every box, and more interested in people who are curious, capable and ready to grow. 

• 2–3 years’ experience in business operations, fund operations, financial services  
• Commercial mindset you understand how operational excellence supports business performance  
• Confident communicator who can work across different stakeholders  
• Comfortable working with data, systems and evolving processes  
• A proactive, “see it, fix it, improve it” mindset  
• Interest in venture capital, startups or the investment ecosystem  

Experience with fund operations or outsourced administrators is a bonus, but not essential.
