The Opportunity
As Head of Growth at Javvy, you won’t just be optimizing campaigns—you’ll be architecting the entire growth engine of one of the fastest-growing, better-for-you beverage brands in the U.S.
You’ll lead strategy and execution across every major growth lever: paid media, creative, retention, CRO, influencer, analytics, and tech infrastructure. With full ownership of CAC:LTV, contribution margin, and new customer acquisition, you’ll be empowered to make fast decisions and scale efficiently—without red tape or bottlenecks.
You’ll collaborate directly with the founders, and cross-functional leaders to build systems, develop talent, and unlock compounding growth across channels. This is a rare opportunity to step into a true operator role at a brand with momentum, resources, and the ambition to dominate.
We’re looking for someone who’s been battle-tested—someone who’s scaled real brands, led high-performing teams, and knows how to combine media buying, analytics, and leadership into a durable growth machine.
What You’ll Own
Growth Strategy & Ownership
Own the full growth P&L—driving CAC efficiency, LTV expansion, contribution margin, and net new customer acquisition. Set the strategic direction for growth and operate with autonomy and accountability.
Channel Strategy & Media Execution
Architect and lead acquisition across Meta, Google, TikTok, influencer, TV, and emerging channels. Ensure integrated planning, testing, and performance alignment across teams and platforms.
Lifecycle Marketing & Retention
Oversee all retention functions including email, SMS, and subscription performance. Collaborate closely with our lifecycle and tech leads to improve cohort metrics, reduce churn, and expand LTV through targeted, data-driven campaigns.
Creative Performance & Feedback Loops
Lead strategy and build the systems that connect media buyers, creative, influencer, and UGC teams—ensuring a high-velocity feedback loop between performance data and new asset production.
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
Collaborate across teams to oversee continuous testing across pricing, landing pages, bundles, and funnels. Optimize for AOV, CVR, and full-funnel efficiency with structured hypotheses and clear measurement.
Analytics & Decision-Making Infrastructure
Build and maintain reporting frameworks using tools like Northbeam, Amplitude, GA4, and Shopify. Turn insights into action and ensure teams operate from clean, trusted data.
Team Leadership & Alignment
Manage and mentor a high-performing team across paid media, creative, influencer, retention, and data. Foster clarity, accountability, and a high-output culture focused on speed, ownership, and results.
Hiring, Coaching & Talent Development
Recruit A-players, level up internal talent, and hold the team to ambitious KPIs. Build an environment where operators thrive and are empowered to move fast and win.
