This isn’t a position for someone looking to learn automotive sales from scratch. We’re looking for someone who already understands the branded-title market, knows how to confidently explain the value of these vehicles to customers, and can turn opportunities into sales.

About the Role

As a Branded-Title Sales Specialist, you’ll work directly with customers throughout the vehicle-buying process—from responding to leads and setting appointments to presenting vehicles, overcoming objections, and closing deals.

Selling branded-title vehicles requires a different skill set than traditional used-car sales. Customers have questions. They want to understand the vehicle’s history, condition, value, and why a branded-title vehicle may make sense for them.

We want salespeople who know how to have those conversations confidently and honestly.

What You'll Do

• Work with customers to identify vehicles that fit their needs and budget.
• Respond promptly and professionally to internet leads, phone calls, texts, emails, and showroom opportunities.
• Set appointments and consistently follow up with prospective customers.
• Present and demonstrate vehicles professionally and confidently.
• Clearly explain branded and rebuilt titles and answer customer questions about vehicle history and condition.
• Build value in Parkline Motors' inventory and help customers understand the benefits and considerations of purchasing a branded-title vehicle.
• Conduct vehicle walkarounds and test drives.
• Overcome objections and confidently ask for the sale.
• Maintain consistent follow-up with unsold customers and existing leads.
• Accurately maintain customer information and activity within dealership systems.
• Work with sales management and other team members to meet individual and dealership sales goals.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and contribute to a competitive, team-oriented sales environment.

What We're Looking For

Previous branded-title or rebuilt-title automotive sales experience is preferred

Successful candidates will also have:

• Proven automotive sales experience and a demonstrated ability to close.
• Strong understanding of branded/rebuilt-title vehicles and the ability to explain them confidently to customers.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong follow-up habits and the ability to manage multiple customers and leads.
• Confidence handling customer questions and objections.
• A competitive, goal-oriented mindset.
• Professional appearance and attitude.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a sales team.
• Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record.

Compensation

This is a commission-based sales position with a competitive pay plan designed to reward performance.
