JCCS Summer Leadership Program

Curious about a career in public accounting? Our Summer Leadership Program offers a unique opportunity to spend seven weeks at our downtown Missoula office, gaining firsthand insight into the profession and the people who make it rewarding.

Throughout the program, you'll experience JCCS's collaborative culture, learn how we bring our mission, vision, and values to life, and explore the diverse career opportunities available within public accounting.

You'll gain exposure to our core service lines, including Audit, Client Accounting Services (CAS), and Tax, while connecting with firm leaders and networking with experienced professionals across the industry.

This immersive experience is designed to help you build meaningful relationships, expand your professional knowledge, and discover what it's like to work at JCCS, Montana's largest locally owned public accounting firm.

Who We’re Looking For  

• Students interested in exploring a public accounting career in Montana 
• Sophomores or Juniors interested in, or currently pursuing, a degree in accounting 
• Students available in Missoula for seven weeks from June 2 – July 21 (Monday through Thursday).

Our Client Advisory Services meet the needs of businesses looking to streamline accounting processes, digitize their accounting records, gain real-time access to financial information from any location and disaster-proof their record-keeping. We work closely with each of our clients to design a cloud-based solution that is well suited to their specific industries and the demands of their business. 

Tax Services 

Tax laws, their implications and their interactions with other business and personal factors can and do change on a regular basis – sometimes significantly. That’s why JCCS Tax Specialists are so relentless in their search for new and innovative tax applications to best maximize the benefits to our clients personal and/or business situation. 

Audit Services 

From financial statements to analysis, risk assessment to strategic planning consulting – the experienced team of JCCS auditors build long-term relationships with clients based on trust, confidence and timely service. Our audit team has significant experience in industry-specific areas to help clients plan for strategic growth while minimizing costs and increasing profits.
