Compensation: $4,000.00/month for the first 2 months, then transitions to pure commission (Uncapped)

Role Overview
We are expanding and seeking dynamic, high-energy individuals to join our Outside Sales team in the Greater Atlanta and Austell areas. This position is ideal for an entry-level professional ready to build a long-term B2B sales career representing both Fleet Glass Services and Core Hydraulics solutions. We hire for attitude and train for skill—if you have the drive, we provide a clear path to success.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, target, and open new B2B accounts across fleet, heavy equipment, construction, and industrial sectors.
• Manage and expand client relationships within your assigned territory.
• Conduct in-person field visits, site evaluations, and product/service presentations.
• Follow up on leads and consistently close the loop on sales opportunities.
