  • Assess clients’ current health habits, risks, and goals, and develop personalized wellness plans aligned with clinical guidance.
  • Educate clients on evidence-based nutrition strategies, movement and exercise basics, and sustainable lifestyle changes.
  • Monitor client progress through regular check-ins, adjusting plans based on outcomes, preferences, and clinical recommendations.
  • Collaborate closely with the Clinician Manager and broader clinical/program teams to ensure quality and consistency of care.
  • Document coaching sessions, client progress, and outcomes accurately and in a timely manner in designated systems.
  • Support the implementation and continuous improvement of structured weight loss and metabolic health programs.
  • Maintain a strong, empathetic client-facing presence, building trust and accountability to drive adherence and engagement.
  • Provide services primarily in Piedmont, with flexibility to travel to Pleasanton and Walnut Creek as program needs arise.
  • Maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations.
  • Participate in internal meetings, trainings, and performance reviews, including some later hours as required.
  • Assist with operational needs such as inventory, supplies management, and clinic/program readiness as directed.
  • Contribute feedback and ideas to enhance program content, client experience, and health outcomes.
  • Uphold and model a culture of health, safety, inclusivity, and respect in all client and team interactions.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in health coaching or a closely related client-facing health/wellness role.

  • Reliable availability for a full-time, hourly schedule, generally Tuesday–Friday, approximately 6:50am–2:00pm, with flexibility for occasional later hours for internal meetings and inventory.
  • Willingness and ability to work primarily in Piedmont and travel to Pleasanton and Walnut Creek as needed.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for documentation, scheduling, and follow-up.
  • Ability to work independently, manage a client caseload, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to confidentiality, professionalism, and adherence to all company policies and procedures.
