Keystone Construction is seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead on-site construction operations for multifamily, hospitality, and commercial projects. This role is responsible for managing daily jobsite activities, coordinating subcontractors and vendors, maintaining project schedules, enforcing safety standards, and ensuring high-quality workmanship from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of construction projects on-site
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, materials, and inspections
• Ensure projects stay on schedule, within budget, and meet quality standards
• Maintain jobsite safety, cleanliness, and compliance with local codes
• Identify and resolve construction issues in collaboration with the project team
• Conduct quality control inspections and manage punch list completion
• Lead subcontractor meetings and maintain daily jobsite reports
• Support project scheduling and communication with owners, architects, and consultants

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Superintendent experience in multifamily, healthcare, and/or commercial construction
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Experience managing schedules, subcontractors, and quality control
• Ability to problem solve and work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of construction documents, safety standards, and local building codes

Travel

Travel to assigned jobsites is required. Most projects are located within the Indianapolis metro area, with occasional travel throughout Indiana.
