This traineeship is designed for people who are early in their working life. Maybe you’ve had a part-time job or two, but you haven’t yet built a career in customer service or business.

Who we’re looking for

• You’ve in the first few years of your working life
• You’ve had some exposure to customer service or administration e.g. retail, hospitality, admin, but haven’t started a formal career yet
• You’re looking for something with more structure and a qualification attached
• You’re comfortable using a computer and happy to learn new systems
• You communicate clearly and take pride in getting details right
• You show up and follow through

What the traineeship looks like

You’ll be working as part of our Sydney customer service team, doing meaningful work from day one. Over 12 months you’ll develop skills in:

• Responding to customer enquiries via phone and email
• Processing orders and preparing quotes
• Data entry and general administration
• Supporting the broader sales team
• Working safely and in line with workplace health and safety standards

What you’ll earn

This is a paid, full-time traineeship. You’ll earn $50,000–$55,000 per year while you work and study. we cover the cost of your Certificate III in Business qualification entirely, so there’s nothing out of pocket for you.

On successful completion of your traineeship, you’ll have the opportunity to move into a permanent Customer Service Officer role at a qualified salary level plus annual performance bonuses.
