• Planning and facilitating activities for residents
• Encouraging resident participation and social engagement
• Assisting with outings, games, crafts, music, and exercise programs
• Building positive relationships with residents
• Feeding residents meals
• Supporting residents with different interests, abilities, and needs
• Setting up and cleaning up activity areas
