About the Role

The Salesforce Developer will play a meaningful role in advancing our mission by building and optimizing a Salesforce platform that empowers our legal teams and enhances the experience of the clients we serve. This role goes beyond technical execution—you’ll help streamline legal operations, remove friction from complex processes, and ensure our technology works seamlessly in service of people. We’re looking for a hands-on Salesforce expert who is motivated by impact and collaboration, and who can thoughtfully align Salesforce solutions with our organizational goals and values.


Your Key Contributions

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
  • Implement complex Salesforce configurations, customizations, and integrations, ensuring best practices and maintainability.
  • Develop and manage data models, process automations, and workflow optimization for the legal domain.
  • Enforce development standards, code reviews, and documentation practices.
  • Managing integration efforts between Salesforce and third-party applications, including document management systems, e-discovery tools, and client portals.
  • Continuously monitor and optimize system performance to improve efficiency and user experience.
  • Ensure that Salesforce implementations comply with industry standards, security policies, and legal regulations.
  • Implement role-based access controls and data security measures tailored to the legal sector.
  • Stay informed about Salesforce releases, new features, and industry trends to propose innovative solutions.
  • Drive adoption of advanced Salesforce capabilities such as Einstein AI, advanced analytics, and automation tools.
  • Develop user guides and documentation for ongoing system support.
  • Partner with IT and business teams to integrate Salesforce into the firm’s broader technology strategy.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.


What Makes You a Great Fit

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I.
  • Advanced proficiency in Salesforce development (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce APIs).
  • Expertise in implementing robust data models, automation strategies, and integration architectures.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Salesforce Sales, Service, Experience & Revenue Cloud.
  • 3+ years experience in Salesforce development with a strong track record in implementing large-scale solutions.
  • Familiarity with legal industry workflows and tools (e.g., document automation, client intake processes) is a plus.
  • Creative thinker with excellent analytical skills and a proven ability to address complex technical challenges.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and process improvement.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management tools.
  • Familiarity with legal technology solutions and integrations is a strong advantage.


Work Schedule  

  • Monday through Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm Eastern Time

  • Windows 11 (kept up to date) 

 For Mac Users: 

  • A modern processor (Apple M1 chip or a recent Intel Core i5) 
  • A recent macOS (Ventura or newer) 

 For Everyone: 

  • At least 8 GB of memory (RAM) to run applications smoothly 
  • A fast hard drive with sufficient available storage
